As a school, we are committed to working in partnership with parents in order to achieve the very best education possible. The South Island School Parent Teacher Associations (PTA) is an integral part of our community and provides our parents an easy avenue to making a difference in our student’s education.
First and foremost, we ask parents to take an active interest and involvement in your children’s work at school and their progress. This will include facilitating open communication at home, and encouraging them to take full advantage of the wide range of opportunities offered at school. The SIS PTA holds various events throughout the year to keep parents part of SIS community.
We encourage all parents to be involved with us and support our social, educational, and fundraising activities, enhancing the overall learning experience for all SIS students.
