IBDP, IBCP & BTEC Course results 2026

South Island School is proud to announce our final IB results for May 2026. Our students achieved an average of 36.6, with 4 students achieving the full score of 45. 45 of our students (both DP and CP) qualified for an academic ESF Chairman’s Award (a score of 42 or above, 40 or above with a bilingual diploma, and 420 or above UCAS tariff points under the old calculation).

Here are some highlights:

150 students were awarded with the IB diploma, our average was 36.6;
4 students scored the full 45 marks;
8 students scored 44 and 9 students scored 43;
9 students were awarded the bilingual diploma;
